Miss pass - got the basics. How can improve on it /next stage?
Howard
You could adapt the attached drill to help you develop your players skills.
The key is to get the option runner (in the middle) to call for the ball and to angle their run towards the pass so that they draw the opposing defender away from the reciever.
I hope this helps you.
Simon
Quick Hands
Don't feel that you have to focus on all of the following coaching points, you may have your own. Select the points that most closely match your overall training and session goals.
Howard If you've mastered Simon's drill why not try a miss pass behind and/or bring in an additional player either from 11/14 or 15 (off the blindside wing or from deep) to receive the pass. The outside man would have to cut a line out to draw the defence to create space. Good luck with it. Teifion
